Is acupuncture covered by insurance?

At present, I do not accept and insurance plans except No-Fault and Workmen's Compensation. I can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for their rules About Your Specialty coverage and reimbursement.
